Information about Referendum on 21 March 2018

On the 21st of March 2018, Dutch voters outside the Netherlands, can vote again. You can cast your vote during the advisory referendum on the new law on intelligence and security services (Wet op de inlichtingen- en veiligheidsdiensten (Wiv)). You can vote by postal vote or voters pass. It is also possible to authorize someone to vote for you.

To be able to vote you need to be registered as a voter outside the Netherlands. Do you want to vote for the advisory referendum on the 21st of March 2018? The deadline for registration is 7th of February 2018! You only need to register once. With every election you get the needed documents to vote by post.

You can send your postal vote to the address as stated on the return envelope. Make sure your postal vote is send timely so it is guaranteed that your vote is received on time!
